Replacement Policy

Want to exchange your watch? No problem! You can easily swap it for any other model in our collection within 30 days of delivery.

Replacement Conditions:

  • Original Condition: The watch must be 100% unused, scratch-free, and in brand-new condition.
  • Complete Packaging: All original plastic wraps, tags, and the hard gift box must be intact.

How the Process Works:

  1. Contact Us: Message our WhatsApp support within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Send the Watch: Courier the watch back to our warehouse address.
  3. Inspection: Once received, our team inspects the watch and packaging within 24 hours.
  4. Dispatch: Your new selected watch will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Charges & Price Difference:

  • Courier Fee: A flat fee of Rs. 500 applies to cover courier charges.
  • Price Difference: If your new selected watch costs more, pay the difference + Rs. 500 in advance. If it costs the same, only the Rs. 500 fee applies.
